As promised in our previous post, we are able to provide you with pictures of the new Portfolio range, designed for women of 40plus, from M&S. The range launches in larger stores on Feb 3rd, so keep an eye out for it.
The new ‘face’ of the sub brand is model Marie Helvin, a good choice as we all remember her looking lovely when we were teenagers (The Women’s Room even has clippings in an old 1976 diary of a young Ms Helvin wearing a chiffon and suede Bill Blass dress). She will join the likes of Twiggy and Lily for marketing purposes and will be an interesting role-model for us, we hope. Let us know what you think of it, and if you buy, let us know what and why.
