Fashion Maketh Woman: Can you come with us?

Thrillingly, we have something to give away! A ticket to accompany Jane and I to Fashion Maketh Woman, an IntelligenceSquared debate, taking place next Thursday 17th June at The Methodist Hall in Westminster, London. It starts at 6.45 and will be finished by 8.30pm

The debate pitches three supremely stylish ladies; Paula Reid of Grazia, Marianne Levy of Bon magazine and designer Britt Lintner against three equally smart individuals, the broadcaster Stephen Bailey, psychotherapist Susie Orbarch and the Turner prize winning artist Grayson Perry. The argument in a nutshell seems to be 'can women escape the influence of fashion, or does it define us' and will be chaired by the writer Peter York.

With such interesting panelists it promises to be very entertaining for anyone who is interested in fashion and culture. We hope to ask a question on fashion and older women….if we can get up the courage.

Would you like to join us? we have just one magic ticket (normally you would have to pay £25 for it) to give out to anyone who is free and leaves us a jolly good reason why we should pick them as a comment on this post. Better do it promptly as we need to mail you out the ticket at the beginning of next week.
