Mary Quant was the first female designer to encourage women to break with convention and be whoever they wanted to be. The inventor of the mini skirt, her revoloutionary ability to innovate and re-define the way women dress, is still influencing fashion today.

Her autobiography looks at where she came from, how she became succesful and the relationships she had along the way. A must read for for fashion lovers and anyone with a passion for 60’s pop culture.

After meeting Twiggy and reading this, we almost feel we were part of the Swinging 60’s – despite the fact we were small children!
