This week we’ve chosen Burt’s Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme, possibly the best smelling hand cream ever, if you like almonds and marzipan. Hand cream for older hands needs applying very regularly and we have the quaint little jars stashed all over the place so we can keep up. Lucinda Chambers, Vougue’s fashion director recently said that this cream was ‘like furniture polish for hands’ which sums it up beautifully. Luxuriously rich, it is available at Boots on-line for £8.81, but I know I’ve also bought it from Waitrose before and slipped it into the weekly shop as my treat. Others rave about the banana version, also available at Boots, but for us it’s the almond milk one every time.
