Is it us or are beautifully presented niche magazines having a bit of a moment? Print is definitely in decline apparently, yet there are some lovely new magazines around, including this charming tome The Foodie Bugle, the first printed version of The Foodie Bugle website .
Full of well written articles on all things interesting about food production and growing, including truffle hunting in Dorset and how to make leaf mould. Images are gorgeous and the whole thing is dangerously inspiring to anyone wondering what to do next…anyone fancy starting a chicken farm?
The magazine is great, along the lines of another of our favourites, Selvedge (and can by bought here) as is the website, which is full of useful foodie references.
