It has to be white bread (as cheap as possible). The fish fingers should be crispy to start with but will go soggy as soon as they enter the sandwich (You can almost hear them sigh 'Ahh home at last') and there has to be an ample sufficiency of Heinz Tomato Ketchup. Dont even think of going organic.
