One of the most exciting food events in the UK, it features over 400 producers, chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Willie Harcourt-Cooze and Giorgio Locatelli in action, food debates, practical demonstrations, livestock such as water buffalo and rare breed pigs, an education area for kids and of course the chance to sample some delicious food.
