Ok, by now you must have realised we are more than a little obsessed with older style icons, especially if they are over 70, from New York City and preferably jewish!! It seems we are not the only ones. The American department store Nordstrom, recently asked our favourite style icon Iris Apfel to design a window display for their Peabody store, to coincide with her exhibition at the Peabody Essex Museum.
We love the line, 'my mother worshiped at the alter of the accessory,' and will be using it as our style mantra from now on.
