I’m a big Susannah Hunter fan, her bags have such charm and individuality and are all made in her busy basement below her Lambs Conduit Street store. You can’t get more artisan than that. The London bag is an homage to the Queen as she celebrates her 90th Birthday, with this cute take on the tourist bag, featuring beautifully crafted London icons. It has appliqué on all sides and incorporates Tower Bridge, the Union Jack flag, Big Ben, a black cab, a routemaster bus, St Pauls Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, a Trafalgar Square lion, a Welsh Guard and a first class stamp, amongst others. All that hand applique and detail mean it’s £795, and exclusively available via orders direct to [email protected]
If you prefer a less all-over look, try Susannah’s floral totes, from £195, below.

The way you always know when someone needs something is amazing. This bag is wonderful.
I’ve always loved artisan craftsmanship, and Susannah’s basement workshop sounds so magical! The London bag is gorgeous, but that £795 price tag is definitely way out of my budget. I’m leaning towards the floral totes instead. Actually, I was just showing a friend her floral designs over WhatsApp, but my phone’s footage of the boutique was too large, so I had to Compress Video just to send it over. Do you happen to own any of her floral pieces yourself?
