We love: Aubrey handbags

Aubrey's pop up store in Monmouth Street

We’ve taken something of a fancy to a new handbag range Aubrey, by Isla Simpson. This is Isla’s first collection and it’s very assured, being good quality with an attention to detail and classic-but-interesting designs. Isla is a Saint Martin’s graduate who’s been working in the industry for some years and although this is her first range it has already been bought by John Lewis, Fenwick, Debenhams, Harrods International and Arnotts, which is good- going for a first timer.

Better still it’s not stupidly expensive, with bags starting at £79 to £200, it’s also extensive with purses, clutches, bowling bags, shoppers and a good collection of laptop bags. You can catch a selection of styles, including the new summer stripe handbag and shopper at the brand’s pop up store in Monmouth Street London, which is there until the 24th May. Tempting.

I have been desperately trying to find contact details for Aubrey handbags and have only just discovered this article. Is the shop still in Monmouth Street ? I have a Sultan Shopper, but the catch has broken and I would like to find out where I can get a replacement, not for the bag because I love it, but just the catch.

I would be really grateful for some guidance.

    Many thanks
