Strangely, just as we were loving watching The Thomas Crown Affair on its tenth anniversary and admiring Rene Russo in her biker boots, Kurt Geiger was busy designing a brilliant range of biker-inspired boots for autumn. Perfect timing!
The Solea range is stuffed with gently distressed, battered leather shoe boots and knee highs that look both quietly on trend and incredibly useful( the Carvela range also has a good shoe boot, above). We like the shoe boots because they are cropped and neat around the ankle and could definitely be worn with dresses and skirts as well as the obvious jeans. The more traditional boots are just as gorgeous with their straps and hardwear and we're sure Rene would approve.
In fact we love them all and it's going to be difficult to chose which ones to pick, is it excessive to have a short and a long pair?
