Another stunning picture from The Sartorialist……but of great interest to me this lunchtime, as I sat skimming through the 140plus comments on this picture, was how all the bright young things seem surprised and pleased that someone 'so old' still cared about what they looked like….Honestly, the young drive you mad don't they? The comments are enlightening. They are all complimentary on the look; the beautifully tied belt, the hair, the cute little shoe liners, the pale shade of her trench, her fierce stare. But when do you think we'll ever stop being surprised that women over 40 can look fashionable? And I thought we'd come so far…..
