Owner Meg Ray has recently written a book featuring sixty recipes for cakes, tarts, cookies, gingersnaps, macarons, caramels, toffee, marshmallows, pots de creme, buttercreams, mousses, ganaches, and frostings. Yum!!

Miette is out in July and is a must have for cake lovers.
