We met the smart and funny Syd Moore at a Semple’s Secret event where she showed us her Super Strumps. When she said she had a new book out we were keen to read it. She’s a proud Essex Girl our Syd and she has written a gripping story about Witchy Essex Girls (the area has a fascinating history of sea witches and dark magic) that once you get into you can’t put down. I finished this yesterday on the way to the opening of Westfield Stratford, if I hadn’t have reached the finish by the Stratford tube stop, it’s likely I would have had to postpone the Westfield madness and sit in the station reading until I HAD.
A must for any intelligent Essex girls out there and a gripping ghosty read for everyone. Hurry up and write the next one please Syd….
