FLASH is a temporary restaurant created by the owners of trendy east end restaurant and bar, Bistrotheque. It opened on the 1st of November and will close on the 19th of January 2009.
Last years pop up restaurant The Reindeer, situated in a car park in Londons east end, featured log cabins complete with fake snow and a forest, and was a huge success.
This year the team have assembled a team of collaborators and contributors, including some of London's best creative minds, to create an exciting restaurant space that will be an installation in its own right.
The kitchen, under executive chef Tom Collins is inspired by French and Californian cuisine and as well as dinner, will offer a Wedgwood inspired Josiah Cream Tea in the afternoon.
