Wild at Heart is one of The Women's Room's favourite florists and today it is hosting a summer fair that is worth detouring on the way home for, if you live in London (and apologies to those who don't). Owner and uber-florist Nikki Tibbles promises a steel band, circus performers and she will also be demonstrating how to tie one of her lovely posies while guests drink summer bubbly. The shop will stay open from 6.00pm to 9.00pm for fun and browsing (the tills will be open) and the first 100 customers to arrive will be given a free posy.
We've long been fans of Ms Tibbles as she has great taste in home furnishings as well as flowers and her little Pimlico shop is something of a treat store for us, we can't resist her floral embroidered scatter cushions or scented candles.The store's floristery area is busy posy-building all morning but calms down enough in the afternoon for classes on doing your own flowers, the Christmas wreath building ones are always in hot demand.
