Fessing up, I haven’t actually read this, but I met the charming Ms Beaulieu and heard a bit about the story featured in this book at the launch of (sort-of) her L’Artisan Parfumeur perfume Seville a L’Aube in the London store. It’s a good story and she’s a very informed perfume writer but if you want to check out her profile, look at her blog entertaining Grain de Musc and read an extract of the book there too. Buy it here
