The next H&M designer collaboration features the illusive designer Martin Margiela. The collection will hit stores on November the 15th.
First shots by Sam Taylor-Johnson (formerly Wood) of the collection have just been released and very nice they look too. If that huge padded jacket also comes it black, it’s sure to be a best seller – tbh the entire range is sure to sell out.
When asked about the collaboration the Margiela team commented “The democracy of our fashion has always been at the centre of our creativity, and the collaboration with H&M allows us to push this instinct further.”
If you live in London, it’s worth checking out the Rae Jones and Mimi sample sale, which starts today.
We love Rae’s collection of vintage inspired footwear and bags and own most of the collection between us. So we’ll be first in the queue to snap up any styles we may have missed.
We are also huge fans of the understated style of the Mimi range. Lovely simple styles in high quality leather, Amanda found the perfect satchel there back in 2010. Sadly they no longer have a shop in Hanbury St (damn you greedy landlords) but you can still buy their range in Fenwicks, small independents and online.
