I’m indebted to TWR readers and occasional contributor Julia Little, who recommend both of Anna’s books. Anna worked for Jamie Oliver for years, her take on modern vegetarian food is an eye opener. I now make my own tahini and could start up an offshoot of Waitrose with my collection of coconut oil/sugar/cream/milk. It is a fabulous collection of smart, fast vegetable recipes. There is also a good recipe for courgette spaghetti salad.
